We reserve the right to make a charge to a guest’s credit/ debit card either during their stay or after departure for damage caused to hotel bedrooms/ property and additional cleaning where required.
Please note that card details are taken to secure rooms only and no payment is taken until check-in. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 1 day before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice.
